Board of Directors Paul I. Moskowitz Director A Phi Beta Kappa of Vassar College and Cardozo Law School, Paul was a co-founder and partner of a successful New York law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law. Paul became affiliated with The World Travel Specialist Group/The Lawyers' Travel Service ("WTSG/LTS") in 1988. He served as corporate counsel, representing the growing travel agency network in legal, real estate, and other business activities. In 1989, he joined "WTSG" full time. As President and Chief Operating Officer until March 2003, his primary responsibilities included day-to-day operations which encompassed "WTSG's" airline relationships. Additionally, sales and marketing was under his tutelage. Paul led the growth of WTSG to one of the top 20 U.S. travel management firms with more than 90 offices throughout the U.S. Paul is currently engaged as a "consultant" for another travel organization - a former friendly competitor. Michael Carroll Director Mike Carroll currently owns and operates a sales and training consulting firm based in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Carroll has also served as a director for RCG Companies Incorporated since January of 2004. Mr. Carroll previously spent 22 years in the distribution business, 19 of which were in computer products distribution. From 1997 to 1999, he was a division president at Corporate Express, a publicly traded business-to-business office products and service provider. In 1978, Mr. Carroll founded MicroMagnetic, Inc., a computer supply distribution company that he sold to Corporate Express in 1997. Mr. Carroll holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. Brian Corbman Director Brian Corbman has been a Chanticleer Holdings director since June 1st, 2005. He is the managing director of Ardent Advisors, a consulting company he co-founded in 2003, that specializes in business strategy and corporate advisory services for emerging growth companies. Brian is in the process of becoming an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction under the Westor Capital broker dealer umbrella and services buy-side institutional investors via equity research, institutional trading execution, and investment banking activities. Previously, he was an institutional salesman at Fulcrum Global Partners and Banc of America Securities. Prior to that, Brian gained valuable corporate experience working for GSI Commerce (GSIC), a publicly traded company where he was the sole corporate development analyst. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of George Washington University in Washington, DC, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Brian has also attained the NASD general securities principal Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
Keith Johnson Director Mr. Johnson is a highly accomplished senior executive and corporate officer with extensive experience in business and technology management, accounting systems, financial controls, business development and management intelligence. He has a proven ability to successfully create and lead start-up and corporate operations, with US and European experience. Mr. Johnson has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of YRT2 (Your Residential Technology Team) in Charlotte, North Carolina, since 2004. YRT2 was established to provide an integrated technology platform for new home buyers that includes voice, video, data and security services utilizing company-owned fiber optic infrastructure and installed in-home structured wiring systems, and has a current customer base of about 3,500. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Telemetry Company in Dallas, Texas (1997-2004), in which he established the company to monitor business devices and processes via internet connectivity. The primary customer base for Telemetry included convenience stores, fast food restaurants and small retail store fronts. Mr. Johnson also returned to Brinks Home Security in Dallas, Texas under assignment and served as Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration of the company from 1995-1997. He had previously been at Brinks Home Security from 1986-1992 where he was a member of the start-up team and the original Chief Financial Officer responsible for creating the business model and servicing operations infrastructure. From 1992-1995, Mr. Johnson was the Chief Financial Officer of BAX Global in London, England. BAX was an ex-patriot assignment in which Mr. Johnson was responsible for Europe, Africa and Middle East business development, financial planning and accounting functions with a global staff of 75 professionals.
Jonathan Mitchell Advisory Board Mr. Mitchell is the Managing Partner in the Global Private Equity and Investment Boutique Pacific Capital Partners, which makes investments in companies where it can add strategic value and capital to accelerate corporate growth and also services the divestiture and acquisition of companies for other funds. He is also a Director of the Protector Services Group, the group of exclusive global security companies which includes Quintessentially Secure, a security company in partnership with Quintessentially, the world's leading concierge and luxury lifestyle group. Previously, Mr. Mitchell managed the global special situation hedge fund Cullen Investments in London, leading a team of traders and analysts both in London and Auckland including a team at its partners Fortis Investment Management. Cullen’s goal was long-term capital appreciation through special situations, momentum trading, fundamental and event driven investing with a result of an annualised ROI of 25% during his mandate. Mr. Mitchell targeted investments with fundamental, technical and momentum characteristics. Preceding this Mr. Mitchell was a product of the JP Morgan graduate program working across international markets, initially in interest rate derivatives and finally culminating in a position in equity derivatives.
