Chanticleer Investors II Update - Significant Acquisition
We are happy to announce that the company which represented 47% of our assets at March 31, 2007 was acquired yesterday. Professionals Direct, ticker symbol PFLD, was acquired for $69.61. Our average cost is $25.11. Needless to say, our reported performance for the quarter will be quite substantial.We are happy with these short-term results, as they validate our original thesis. We will, however, continue to remind our investors and potential investors that we believe judging our performance over a more suitable time period, perhaps three to five years, is most meaningful.
